Since opening in May 1994, Florida Karate Academy has trained over 5000 students under Head Instructor Sensei Dave Roth (7th-degree black belt in Shorin-ryu Karate, multiple black belts in jujitsu, kobudo, arnis, judo, and more; 40+ years experience). Our hombu dojo at 1140 19th Street, Vero Beach, FL 32960, is a welcoming hub for families in Indian River County and beyond.
We focus on what matters: character development, real self-defense, physical/mental strength, and family involvement. We offer martial arts excellence in a safe, family-friendly atmosphere. Families are our ideal students: train together, support each other, and grow as a unit.
